Refund Policy
At Fun Freshener, each of our products is custom-made specifically for you. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds for personalized items, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective. Please read below for more details on our policy.
Damaged/Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we are here to make it right. Please follow these steps:
Send an email to support@funfreshener.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, customer name billing and shipping address, detailed description of problem (wrong item, incorrect imprint, etc.)
Provide Proof: Include a clear photo of the item showing the issue, along with a description of the damage or defect. Once we have received your email and assessed the issue, we are able to issue you a replacement.
Order Changes/Cancellations
Once your order is placed, you agree and understand that it is a custom product that will immediately go into production and there is no window to make further changes.
Replacement Decision
"Fun Freshener aims to review all replacement requests within 1-3 business days and reserves the right to deny any requests as appropriate. Once a conclusion is reached, an email will be sent detailing either the follow-up steps or the reason for denial."
