Photos

Do I have to crop my photo?

No! Leave the cropping to usā€”our designers will do it for free! All you need to do is choose your next photo to hang!

What kind of photos work the best?

For optimal results, submit high-resolution, well-lit photos taken head-on, showcasing the full face, body, or car.

Can I upload a photo with multiple faces?

Yes! Just ensure your photo includes both faces and specify your desired crop in the text box at checkout.

Is the image printed on both sides?

Yes, your photo will be printed on both sides, with one side mirrored to keep the custom shape intact.

Can I use any photo?

Absolutely! As long as your photo complies with our photo policy, weā€™ll create a Fun Freshener from any photo!

What is your photo policy?

You may not upload photos containing celebrity faces, logos, trademarks, R-rated content, or any other copyrighted material that you don't own. We reserve the right to refuse any image that does not comply with this policy. By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own all rights to the image and that it does not violate any copyrights.

Orders

How many air fresheners come with each order?

Our Fun Fresheners are sold individually, which makes us unique. We don't require a minimum order quantity. Order as few as 1 or 100, it's up to you :)

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing your custom air freshener immediately to ensure quick turnaround times. Because each air freshener is personalized to your specifications, weā€™re unable to accept changes or cancellations after the order is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering a high-quality product just for you!

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because each order is custom-made, our turnaround time varies based on order volume. We strive to deliver your product within 8-10 business days of purchase.

My order was never delivered

If your tracking indicates delivery but youā€™re missing your package, take a moment to check with anyone else in your household or with your neighbors. Sometimes packages are unintentionally picked up by someone else. If itā€™s still not found, email us at Support@funfreshener.com and weā€™ll be happy to assist you."

Returns/Refunds

Do you offer returns/refunds?

At Fun Freshener, each of our fresheners is custom-made specifically for you. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds for personalized items, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective. Please go to our store policy page for full details.
